A booking is confirmed only once we have acknowledged it by phone, WhatsApp or email. A quotation on its own does not constitute a confirmed booking.

For multi-day tours, wedding assignments and Tempo Traveller group bookings, a deposit may be required to hold the vehicle. The balance is payable at the end of the trip.

Outstation fares are calculated on total kilometres run, garage to garage, at the per-kilometre rate applicable to the vehicle booked, subject to a minimum of 250 km per day.

The fare quoted includes fuel, driver charges and vehicle sanitisation. Toll charges, state border permits, entry taxes and parking fees are charged at actual and receipts are provided.

A driver night allowance applies for each night the vehicle is away from Kolkata. A night driving charge applies for travel between 11 PM and 6 AM.

GST is applicable as per prevailing government rates.

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellation within 12 hours of pickup may attract a charge to cover the vehicle and driver already committed to your booking.

Where a deposit has been paid to hold a vehicle for a wedding, tour or group booking, refund terms are as agreed in writing at the time of booking.

We guarantee the vehicle class booked, not a specific make or model. A sedan booking may be fulfilled with any equivalent vehicle in that class.

In the event of a mechanical failure we will provide a replacement vehicle of the same or a higher class as quickly as circumstances allow.

Drivers require adequate rest. For journeys exceeding roughly 250 km in a day, or where continuous driving would be unsafe, we may require a rest break or recommend a second driver at additional cost.

Our drivers are instructed to be courteous and professional at all times. If a driver's conduct falls short, please tell us during the trip rather than afterwards so we can act on it.

Passengers are requested not to ask drivers to exceed speed limits or to drive in a manner that is unsafe or unlawful. Drivers may decline such requests.

The number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle booked, as required by law. Children occupying a seat count as passengers.

Luggage capacity stated for each vehicle is indicative. Where you are carrying more than usual, please tell us at the time of booking so we can allocate a suitable vehicle.

Additions to the agreed itinerary during a trip are billed at the applicable per-kilometre rate for the vehicle in use.

Where possible, please discuss route changes with us rather than only with the driver, so that the revised fare is agreed and recorded.

All vehicles are insured as required by law. We are not liable for delays arising from traffic, weather, landslides, roadblocks, strikes, political disturbances or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We will always make every effort to recover items left in a vehicle, but we cannot accept liability for loss.

Certain destinations, including parts of Sikkim, require permits that only locally registered vehicles may hold. In such cases we arrange a permitted local vehicle for that section of the journey.

Where permits require identity documents and photographs, these must be provided by the traveller in advance.

Payment is accepted by cash, UPI or bank transfer. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with GST, subject to agreed credit terms.
