Our story
How We Got Here
We began in 2015 in Garden Reach, running a single car on the routes we knew best — Digha at the weekend, Deoghar during Shravan, the airport run at dawn. There was no app, no aggregator and no marketing budget. There was a phone number, and people either called it again or they did not.
They called again. Ten years on we have completed more than 50,000 trips, hold a 4.9-star rating from 119 travellers on Google, and run a fleet covering everything from a city hatchback to a 17-seater Tempo Traveller. What has not changed is the thing our guests keep writing about in their reviews: we turn up, and we charge what we said we would.
We are not the cheapest cab service in Kolkata and we do not try to be. There is always someone quoting two rupees less per kilometre who will find a way to make it back at the end of your trip. What we offer instead is a fare you can plan around, a driver who knows the road, and a number that gets answered when something goes wrong at midnight in an unfamiliar town.
Most of our work now comes from people who travelled with us before, or who were told about us by someone who did. For a business like ours, that is the only marketing that has ever really worked.

Four Things We Do Not Compromise On
We quote in writing
Every fare goes to you in writing before you commit, with tolls and permits stated separately. There is no recalculation at the end of the trip and no charge you did not agree to. This single practice is what most of our five-star reviews actually describe.
The right driver for the road
Not every driver should be sent up a mountain. Hill routes to Darjeeling, Gangtok and Kalimpong go to drivers with genuine hill experience. Long hauls to Guwahati or Patna get two drivers on request. Every driver is police-verified and uniformed.
We answer the phone
At three in the morning, on a Sunday, during Durga Puja. A real person who knows your booking, not an app that cancels at 5 AM and leaves you standing outside your gate with a suitcase.
We tell you when we are wrong for the job
If a Tempo Traveller is a bad idea for the road you want to take, we will say so and suggest two Innovas instead. If a one-way drop is cheaper than the round trip you asked for, we will tell you that too.

Our office is in Garden Reach and we pick up anywhere in Kolkata and its suburbs. From there we run to Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Sikkim and Assam — and everywhere in between.
