One-Way Drop or Round Trip — Which Should You Book?
A round trip is billed on the total kilometres the car runs, garage to garage, plus the driver's allowance for each night away. It is the better value if you are staying two nights or fewer, and it means the same car and driver stay with you for the whole trip.
A one-way drop is billed at roughly 1.3 times the one-way distance, because the vehicle has to return empty. It makes sense when you are staying a week, when you are flying back, or when you simply do not need a car sitting idle at your destination.
If you are unsure, call us. We will run both numbers for your specific trip and tell you honestly which one is cheaper — including the cases where that means we earn less.

What Is Included in the Fare
Your quoted fare covers fuel for the entire journey, the chauffeur's charges for the full duration, vehicle sanitisation, and complimentary bottled water.
Charged separately and at actual cost: toll plaza fees, state border permits and entry taxes, and parking. We provide receipts for all of these. The driver's night allowance applies for travel between 11 PM and 6 AM, and any hill-route surcharge is always quoted upfront rather than sprung on you afterwards.

What is the minimum booking for an outstation cab in Kolkata?
Outstation trips are billed on a minimum of 250 km per day. For most genuine outstation destinations you will exceed that anyway, so it rarely affects the final fare.
Do you charge for the return journey on a one-way drop?
Partly. A one-way drop is billed at about 1.3 times the one-way distance rather than the full 2 times, because the car returns empty. It is substantially cheaper than a round trip.
Can I book an outstation cab at short notice?
Yes. We keep vehicles on standby and can usually arrange a car within two to three hours in Kolkata. For hill routes and multi-day trips, more notice means a better-matched driver and vehicle.
Are tolls and taxes included in the quoted fare?
No, these are charged at actual with receipts provided. We tell you the expected amount when quoting so there is no surprise. Everything else — fuel, driver, vehicle — is included.
