Send us your flight number and arrival time when you book. We track the flight, and your driver is positioned before you land. Once you clear baggage, call the number we send you and the car comes to the pickup point, or your driver meets you at the gate with a name board if you have requested it.
You get sixty minutes of free waiting from the moment the aircraft touches down, which comfortably covers immigration and baggage on domestic and most international arrivals.
Airport Drop — Getting There On Time
We recommend leaving three hours before an international departure and two before a domestic one, and rather more during the morning and evening peaks. Kolkata traffic on the VIP Road and EM Bypass can be genuinely unpredictable.
Tell us your flight time rather than your preferred pickup time and we will work backwards from it, factoring in the day, the hour and the current state of the roads.

How much does a taxi from Kolkata airport to Salt Lake cost?
₹800 for a hatchback, ₹950 for a Dzire sedan and ₹1,400 for an Ertiga, all inclusive of the airport entry fee. There is no surge pricing at any hour.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, from your side. We track the flight and reschedule the pickup automatically. There is no charge for delay-related waiting.
Can you pick up from Howrah or Sealdah station too?
Yes. We do railway station transfers at both Howrah and Sealdah, as well as Kolkata station, on the same flat-fare basis.
