Privacy Policy

When you book with us we collect your name, mobile number, pickup and drop locations, travel dates and, where relevant, your flight or train details. For corporate accounts we also hold billing details and GST information.

Where a destination requires a government permit — parts of Sikkim, for example — we collect the identity documents and photographs needed to obtain it.

Purely to provide the service you have asked for: to quote your fare, assign a vehicle and driver, contact you about the trip, arrange permits where required, and issue an invoice.

We may contact you after a trip to ask how it went. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will stop.

Your name and mobile number are shared with the driver assigned to your trip, because they need to be able to find you.

Where your itinerary requires a locally permitted vehicle — such as for Tsomgo Lake or North Sikkim — the necessary details are shared with that operator.

Identity documents submitted for permits are shared with the relevant government authority for that purpose alone.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Booking and billing records are retained as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under Indian law. Permit documents are retained only as long as needed to obtain the permit.

You may ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain, and we will do so.

Much of our booking happens over the phone and on WhatsApp. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms, which we do not control. We use the information in those messages only to arrange your trip.

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not set marketing cookies. The booking form on this site does not store your details on our servers — submitting it simply opens WhatsApp with your trip details pre-filled, which you then choose to send.

The contact page embeds a Google Map, which is served by Google and subject to Google's privacy policy.
