Choosing a car
An SUV such as an Ertiga or Marazzo. A sedan seats four comfortably but the fifth passenger in the middle rear is cramped on a long drive, and the boot will not take five people's luggage. The SUV solves both problems for a modest increase in fare.
A Toyota Innova or Innova Crysta, without hesitation. Hill roads demand engine power for the climbs and dependable brakes for the descents, and the ride quality over rough mountain surfaces is significantly better than in a sedan. We assign hill-experienced drivers to these vehicles.
Yes, every vehicle in our fleet is air-conditioned, and every car is cleaned and sanitised before each trip.
You can request a preference and we will do our best, but we guarantee the vehicle class rather than a specific model. If you book a sedan you will get a Dzire, Etios or Amaze — whichever is available and in the best condition on the day.
We operate well-maintained vehicles serviced on schedule and kept clean. If the exact age or model matters for your booking — for a wedding, say, or a corporate client pickup — tell us in advance and we will confirm what we are sending.
