About Our Rates
What is the per kilometre rate for an outstation cab in Kolkata?
₹15/km for a hatchback, ₹17/km for a Dzire sedan, ₹20/km for an Ertiga, ₹22/km for a Toyota Innova, ₹25/km for an Innova Crysta and ₹30/km for a Tempo Traveller. A driver allowance of ₹300 to ₹600 per night applies on top, depending on the vehicle.
Is GST included in the fares shown?
The fares listed are exclusive of GST, which is applied as per prevailing government rates. For corporate bookings we issue a full GST invoice suitable for input credit.
Why is there a minimum of 250 km per day on outstation trips?
Because the vehicle and driver are committed to you for the whole day regardless of how far you actually travel. The minimum is standard across the industry. In practice most genuine outstation trips exceed 250 km per day anyway, so it rarely changes the final fare.
What is the driver night allowance for?
It covers the driver's food and accommodation when the trip requires an overnight stay away from Kolkata. It is charged per night, not per day, and it is stated separately in every quote rather than hidden in the per-kilometre rate.
Do your fares change during festivals or peak season?
Our published per-kilometre rates stay the same. During Durga Puja, the Christmas and New Year week and the peak wedding dates, availability tightens considerably, so book early. We do not apply surge pricing to a confirmed quote.
Can I get a better rate for a multi-day trip?
Usually, yes. For trips of three days or more, and for group tours in a Tempo Traveller, we quote a consolidated package rate rather than a running per-kilometre total. It generally works out cheaper. Call us with the itinerary.
